Definitely rushed in the exam room and doctor seemed just ok for my skin check. I have a history of skin cancer related issues and my skin check was not as thorough as exams of my past. Nothing great. I will say this 1 star is mostly for the receptionist that I spoke to and dealt with on my phone to make this appointment. Condescending is too nice a word for how they treated me. I only had very simple questions and the woman basically talked to me like a child and hung up on me at the end. Awful and I’ll be finding a more respectful office to take my business to. Avoid.

My visit was very mediocre and my concerns were met with a very dismissive tone regarding darker skin. She stated that “my concerns were hard and she was unable to help! “ Most answers were available to me with a simple google search. I would say 10% of my concerns were met. I would recommend anyone of color to find a dermatologist that focuses on your specific skin type. Not sure if the visit was worth it. On another note, I would say that Brandi was amazing and very helpful!

Long waits followed by rushed consults and procedures. Doctor got her glove caught in the V Beam cannula during my laser procedure and burned the top of my nose. Now I have a very noticeable burn on the bridge of my nose, skin actually fell off upon returning home. Extremely disappointing and completely unlike the care I have received at other practices in the past. Have had many V Beam procedures so this was not my first rodeo.

Good service. Clean atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. Nurse was professional and funny. Dr. Patrick McElgunn was professional, understanding, humorous, and excited to get you healed and back on track. He diagnosed my situation with a few glances. I appreciate the knowledge and expertise. Also, he has fun working alongside his patients and team members. Very family friendly atmosphere.

I came to see Dr. Yanez in December of 2022 for a mommy makeover. I opted to do a tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift, and liposuction with a fat transfer to my breasts instead of implants. I am very satisfied with the results of the tummy tuck and liposuction, but to say I’m disappointed with the results of my breast lift is an understatement. I am devastated with the way my breasts turned out, especially considering the premium price I paid. I was very clear from the get go what my concerns with my breasts were and was assured that he could correct them. Admittedly, I felt rushed through my initial consultation and was surprised at the quickness and lack of care or attention to detail during my pre-surgery marking but trusted their reputation and the process. At my post surgery appointment the staff was gushing at how happy I would be with my breasts and I was thrilled. Well, they were wrong. Over the course of the initial 6 months post procedure, I voiced my concerns numerous times about asymmetry and was told I needed to wait the full 6 months for things to settle in and it would likely self resolve. It didn’t. At my 6 month post op appointment, I again voiced my concerns about the asymmetry and my unhappiness. My breasts sat at different levels, my areola are different sizes with the left being much larger around than the right, and my left nipple was noticeably lower than the right. Dr. Yanez was dismissive of my concerns and even went as far as to ask me what I thought he should do to fix them. I told him I didn’t know as I’m not a plastic surgeon. He told me he doesn’t like to focus on the problem and only the solution. He said the best way to fix them would be a scar revision. I just had my post revision appointment and I am still upset. I traded one set of issues for another. Now the bottom of my breasts sit at the same level but none of my nipple issues were addressed and it has made them look even worse. My left nipple is still lower and areola is so much larger than the right. With the skin he removed for the revision, the distance between the bottom of my nipple on left vs right breast is significantly different. At this point I paid $16,000 for my breasts alone and I’m heartbroken. I wish I had just done the tummy tuck and had never had my breasts done. Every time I see them in the mirror, I’m saddened. Yes, they were sagging from breast feeding but at least they looked the same.

Let me first say that I have been a patient of Dr Rosenzweig since 2014!!! She is absolutely amazing and will never speak anything but the utmost praise towards her!!! Having that been said….I’ve had my entire family in to see her over the past 9 years and never once have we had an issue! It’s overcrowded, overbooked, etc etc but Dr R is amazing!!!! But…..apparently PPSD stopped accepting our insurance provider and never once bothered to notify me! NOT ONCE!!!! After having my daughter in for 7 consecutive months for a particular treatment, we were in there monthly! MONTHLY!! And never once upon a single check in or check out were we notified of any balance OR the simple fact that our insurance is no longer accepted! Instead I get sent a bill for over $800!!!!!!!!! Still never once has anyone owned up to their F”up of not informing us about the insurance!!!! I inquired and all I got was “ we no longer accept” but yet allowd a hard working family to rack up a bill of over $800!!!!! We’ve been paying installments but now since they haven’t received full payment they’ve sent to collections and get this…. Oh….and also….permanently removed from the practice! I am completely appalled! Guess this is what happens when you become such an over privileged over booked practice, you throw anyone out with the trash and not own up and take responsibilities of your own mistakes
